To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Having your order number prepared will also speed up the process. 

To start a return, you can contact us at louisskupien@icloud.com . If your return is accepted, if the cause for the return is due to an error or problem from Louis Skupien Business we’ll send you a return shipping label, or if the reason for return is the fault of the buyer such as selecting a wrong size, we will ask you to cover the return postage. We will email through instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and likely returned to sender.

Returning Clothing

If you receive an item of clothing such as a jacket, combat top or T-Shirt and you wish to return it because you selected a wrong size, we hold the right to refuse that return as we supply size guides in all of our clothing listing. If the item you received does not match the size guide we will accept a return but it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the size guide and fit prior to purchase. 

If however the item is damaged, defective or sub quality, we will compensate or refund that accordingly.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, e-books, guides, overlay packs, custom products, designs, services (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or ask us to exchange it. Keep in mind some items like larger sizes will have small price increases and we will only do an exchange if the value of the exchange is the same.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
